Using the Al-Warkaa training website

This page explains the intended use of the training website and the information associated with course enquiries and learner accounts. Specific commercial terms are confirmed in the relevant training proposal or booking confirmation.

Information you choose to provide

A training enquiry may include your name, contact details, organisation, course interest, participant numbers and preferred delivery arrangements. An account may contain profile details and records associated with your learning access. Provide only the information needed for the request.

Please do not include passwords, payment credentials, sensitive personal records or confidential client documents in a general enquiry. Anonymise operational examples before sharing them for potential use in training.

Why information is used

Information supplied for an enquiry is used to respond, assess the training requirement and arrange the requested service. Learner-account information supports access and administration of confirmed learning activity. Information needed for a particular examination or third-party qualification route should be explained separately before you provide it.

Access, correction and questions

Contact info@alwarkaa.org if you need to correct enquiry information, discuss account access or ask how information relating to your training is handled. Requests may require verification so information is not disclosed to an unauthorised person.

Course pages describe approved training titles and intended learning scope. Availability, dates, venue, teaching language, delivery arrangements, fees and included services are confirmed before booking. An enquiry, guide download or account registration does not itself confirm enrolment.

Training content and workplace use

Course information and Student Guides support professional development. They do not replace applicable law, contracts, client procedures, manufacturer instructions or competent technical review. Participants must not treat a classroom exercise as authorisation to change equipment, accept operational risk or perform a restricted activity.

Certificates and external qualifications

Al-Warkaa completion wording relates to the stated professional-development course and confirmed requirements. No external accreditation, awarding-body approval, licence or certification right is implied unless expressly confirmed for the particular booking.

Responsible account use

Keep your sign-in details private and report suspected misuse to Al-Warkaa. Access is for the authorised learner and the agreed course arrangements. Do not submit another person’s details without a legitimate basis or use the platform to distribute unrelated material.

Questions about booking terms

Commercial cancellation, rescheduling, payment and refund conditions are provided with the relevant proposal or confirmation. Ask for clarification before accepting a booking. Applicable legal rights are not excluded by this general information page.
