Know what to expect before you book.

Begin with the course page. Review the level, duration, audience, prerequisites and approved delivery options. If you are selecting training for a team, consider the responsibilities of the participants and whether they have the prior knowledge needed for the intended level.

Booking sequence

1. Send the course code or title and your preferred dates and format.
2. Confirm participant numbers, teaching language, location and any preparation needs.
3. Review the training proposal, including price, included services and applicable conditions.
4. Confirm the booking through the agreed process.
5. Follow the joining instructions and access arrangements supplied for the course.

An enquiry or account registration is not a confirmed booking. Please wait for written confirmation of availability and arrangements before making travel or payment commitments.

Online / Distance Learning

The approved online pathway is instructor-led remote delivery. You will need a suitable device, reliable connection and an environment in which you can participate in discussion and exercises. The session schedule and platform arrangements are confirmed in advance. Self-paced course media is not represented as available until it has been developed and enabled for that course.

Classroom and corporate in-house

Face-to-face delivery takes place at an agreed venue. The proposal should identify responsibilities for the room, presentation equipment, workshop resources and any site-access requirements. Practical activities remain within the agreed training scope and do not replace live operational authorisation.

Blended delivery

Where suitable, a course may combine remote and classroom components. The learning sequence should identify what is completed in each setting, what preparation is needed and how participation is assessed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are provided through a course or corporate quotation. Confirm the group size and what the fee includes. Travel, accommodation, venue, catering, printing, examinations and third-party certification costs are excluded unless expressly included. Groups above 12 participants require a custom quotation.

Use only the payment instructions confirmed directly by Al-Warkaa for your booking. Do not send card information or payment credentials through a general training enquiry.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are stated in the booking proposal or confirmation. Request clarification before accepting if any term is unclear. This page does not create an additional refund promise or override the agreed terms or applicable law.

Assessment and completion

Joining instructions confirm attendance expectations and any formal assessment criteria. Professional-development completion certificates are distinct from accredited qualifications, licences or regulatory approvals. Any external awarding-body route must be stated explicitly.

Learning access and support

Use your student account for confirmed learning access. If you have trouble signing in, use the password recovery route and contact support if the problem persists. Tell us the course code, the page involved and a description of the issue; do not include your password.

Discuss participation needs

Contact Al-Warkaa before booking if a teaching-language preference, accessibility need or practical participation constraint could affect your learning. Arrangements must be discussed and confirmed rather than assumed.
