Learner support

Good preparation makes professional training more useful. This page explains how to choose a course, prepare for your learning and get help with an existing booking or account. For support, contact info@alwarkaa.org or call +964 782 272 1222 or +964 781 664 6640. Include your course title and enquiry or booking reference where available.

Choosing a suitable course

Start with the responsibilities you need to perform. Compare the course overview, intended audience, prerequisites and objectives with your experience. A course level describes the intended depth; it is not a promise of a regulated qualification. If you are choosing for a team, describe the roles involved and the operational problem you want training to address.

Read the delivery wording on the individual course page. Practical workshops may favour classroom or in-house delivery. Tell us your preferred teaching language, location and schedule before accepting a proposal.

Before your learning begins

  1. Check that the agreed course, participants, delivery format, language and schedule are correct.
  2. Review preparation instructions and identify any access or participation requirements you want the team to consider.
  3. For remote participation, confirm the required connection, device and joining arrangements in your booking communication.
  4. Prepare a workplace question or example. Remove confidential, personal and commercially sensitive information before sharing it.

Accessing your account and Student Guide

Use the student account to reach your learner profile. Registration alone does not enrol you in a course. Course access follows the confirmed enrolment arrangements. An enrolled learner can open the course Student Guide and use the print control to print it or save a PDF through their browser.

If a guide is unavailable, first check that you signed in with the account associated with your booking. Then send support the course title, your reference and a description of the error. Do not send your password, payment card details or another learner’s records.

Participation, assessment and feedback

Use the objectives to focus your reading and practical work. Keep a record of questions and decisions you want to review with the facilitator. Follow the assessment instructions associated with your course and the confirmed delivery. Reading a lesson or downloading a guide does not by itself establish competence or guarantee completion.

Accessibility and learning needs

Tell us about relevant accessibility or participation needs before booking so that the proposed arrangements can be reviewed. Share only the information needed to explain the requested adjustment. Availability and suitability must be confirmed for the particular delivery.

When you need help

For a login problem, use the password recovery link on the sign-in page. For a booking question, include your reference. For a concern about learning content or an assessment, identify the course and activity and explain the point you would like reviewed. The team will consider the request using the applicable course arrangements; no response time or outcome is implied here.
