This page explains browser storage used by the Al-Warkaa learning website. Read it alongside our Privacy and Learner Terms.
Signing in and security
Account access uses cookies to check that your browser supports sign-in, keep your authenticated session and protect account actions. Administration may also remember display preferences. Blocking these cookies can prevent sign-in or interrupt a booking or learning session.
Language and course comparison
The language selector uses the page address and may retain a language preference during account sign-in. Course comparison keeps selected course codes in your browser tab’s session storage. It does not store a password, payment proof or private learning record there. Use Clear comparison to remove the selection.
Your account records
Saved courses, learning notes, bookings and progress are stored with your account on the website. Clearing browser storage does not delete those records. Sign out on a shared device and avoid saving your password on a device you do not control.
Managing storage
You can inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Clearing sign-in cookies signs you out. Links to a separate meeting platform or staff webmail open a different service with its own storage and privacy arrangements.
Questions
If you need help identifying a cookie or accessing your account, contact Al-Warkaa support. Include the page address and cookie name, but never send a password or session-cookie value.
