Al-Warkaa aims to make course information and learning tools usable by people with different access needs. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target. This is not a claim of independently certified or complete conformance.
Using the website
You can browse in English or Arabic, navigate menus and forms with a keyboard, use the skip-to-content link and enlarge text with your browser. Focus indicators identify the selected control. Course filters have labels, and account actions provide status or error messages.
Learning materials
The released Introduction to Facilities Management reference course includes text lessons and an introductory video with captions and a transcript. Availability of alternative formats for other courses is confirmed with the training team before booking. External meeting tools and documents can have different accessibility features.
Known limits and ongoing review
Some existing documents and third-party learning tools may need further accessibility review. We continue checking Arabic layout, keyboard access, contrast, mobile pages and learning forms. Contact us if a control or resource prevents you from taking part.

Use Contact Al-Warkaa and describe the page or course, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and the format or adjustment that would help.
