AL-WARKAA · TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Payment instructions

  1. Course enrolment begins with a booking request. Submission of a request does not guarantee a place.
  2. The Al-Warkaa team will review the request, confirm course availability, applicable price, delivery method and scheduled date by email.
  3. After approval, the learner will receive an official payment request containing the amount due and the available manual payment method, such as bank transfer or Zain Cash.
  4. Payment account details must be provided only through the official payment request or confirmation email. Do not publish account numbers on the website.
  5. The learner must upload or submit proof of payment through the secure payment-confirmation form.
  6. Enrolment remains “Pending Payment Verification” until Al-Warkaa staff verify the payment.
  7. After verification, the learner will receive an enrolment confirmation, receipt or payment acknowledgement, course instructions and access information by email.
  8. Learners must not send passwords, card PINs, verification codes or other confidential banking credentials.
  9. Any applicable examination, external certification, awarding-body registration, venue, travel, accommodation or delivery charges must be clearly stated before payment.
  10. Corporate and customized training must use the quotation and staff-approval process rather than individual online checkout.

Cancellation and transfer policy

  1. A learner may cancel a confirmed public course booking at least seven calendar days before the scheduled start date and receive a full course-fee credit or refund, excluding non-refundable third-party charges and payment-processing costs.
  2. Cancellations received between three and six calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward another Al-Warkaa course.
  3. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the course start date, failure to attend, or partial attendance are non-refundable.
  4. A confirmed booking may be transferred once, without charge, to another eligible participant if Al-Warkaa receives the request at least 48 hours before the course starts.
  5. A learner may request one transfer to another available course or date. The request is subject to availability and any price difference.
  6. For self-paced distance-learning courses, cancellation is permitted before learning access is activated. Once access, downloadable materials or an assessment attempt has been provided, the fee is non-refundable unless the course is technically inaccessible and Al-Warkaa cannot resolve the problem.
  7. If Al-Warkaa cancels or reschedules a course, the learner may choose a full refund, full credit, or transfer to the next available session.
  8. Al-Warkaa may replace a trainer, adjust the timetable or change the delivery platform when necessary without cancelling the course, provided the learning outcomes remain substantially unchanged.
  9. Approved refunds should be returned through the original payment method where practicable and processed within 10 to 15 business days.
  10. External examination, accreditation and awarding-body fees remain subject to the cancellation, transfer and refund rules of the relevant third party. Any non-refundable third-party charges already paid or committed by Al-Warkaa will be deducted from the learner’s refund or credit.
  11. Corporate and customized training programs are governed by the cancellation, rescheduling, substitution and payment terms stated in the approved quotation, purchase order or contract.
