CHOOSE THE RIGHT FORMAT

Learning that fits
the work.

Choose one approach or combine them. We define the audience, intended outcomes and delivery arrangements with your team.

01

On-site classroom training

Instructor-led sessions at your site or an agreed venue, adapted to the participants’ roles, approved procedures and working environment.

  • Presentations using agreed terminology and relevant examples.
  • Practical discussions, scenarios and exercises.
  • Assessments and learner resources where agreed.
  • Delivery planning around site access, facilities and operational requirements.

A guided setting for discussion, questions and practical application.

02

Customized training-video production

Videos developed for your organization using an agreed combination of professional voiceover, animation, site photographs, approved footage, diagrams and demonstrations.

  • A script and visual approach shaped around the learning brief.
  • Arabic, English or bilingual versions.
  • Client review of scripts and agreed production stages.
  • Final files and usage arrangements defined in the quotation.

A consistent way to present an approved message to the intended audience.

Video production and online delivery are separate services

A produced video is a content deliverable. Hosting, LMS integration, assessments, completion tracking and downloadable resources are included only when the proposed system supports them and they are expressly included in the quotation. Watching a video alone does not establish practical competence.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Frequently asked questions.

Can training be delivered in Arabic and English?

Yes. Arabic, English or bilingual versions can be specified in the brief. Translation, narration, captions and separate versions are agreed as part of the scope.

Where can classroom sessions take place?

At the client’s site or an agreed venue. Location, travel, access requirements, room facilities and any practical arrangements are reviewed before confirming delivery.

Can you use our procedures, photographs and branding?

Yes, with permission. We agree the approved source versions, intended use, confidentiality and review responsibilities. Secure document collection is arranged after the initial enquiry; client procedures are not uploaded through this public form.

When does our team review the content?

Review stages are included in the proposal. Depending on the format, these may cover the outline, script, presentation draft, video draft and final delivery version. Safety content also needs the appropriate subject-matter and client review.

How long does development take?

The schedule is proposed after scoping. It depends on the amount and complexity of content, language versions, production requirements, source-material readiness, review stages and delivery arrangements. Share your target timeframe so it can be assessed.

How is the price calculated?

We provide a quotation based on the agreed scope, duration, audience, languages, development or production requirements and delivery arrangements. Optional services and any agreed travel or venue costs are identified in the proposal.

Does a video include hosting, tests or completion tracking?

Only when these services are supported and included in the quotation. Producing a video does not automatically include an LMS, learner accounts, hosting, tracking or downloadable resources.

Does completing a video prove practical competence?

No. Video viewing alone does not establish practical competence. Any knowledge checks, practical assessment, site authorization and competence requirements must be identified and agreed separately.
