We review the requirement and discuss suitability, scope and delivery arrangements. A proposal then confirms the applicable price, included services and booking conditions. Your enquiry does not confirm a place or create a payment obligation.
Course and learner support
For an existing booking, include the course code and the issue you need help with. For an account problem, describe the page and error message without sending your password. Avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential client documents in a general enquiry.
Private corporate groups
For groups above 12 participants, request a custom quotation. Any travel, venue, printing, examination or third-party certification requirements should be identified in the proposal so the commercial scope is clear.
